When you identify a listing of interest, log into your account and select the “Chat” function to establish direct communication with the seller. This opens a secure messaging channel within our platform.
Pre-Transaction Communication
Prior to arranging a meeting, we recommend:
- Requesting additional information if the listing description is insufficient
- Clarifying any questions regarding the item’s condition, specifications, or service details
- Confirming pricing and payment terms
- Expressing your interest and intent to proceed with the transaction
Arranging the Transaction
Once preliminary details are confirmed, coordinate with the seller to:
- Select a mutually convenient meeting location (preferably public and well-lit). Please read In-Person Transaction Safety Guidelines.
- Establish a specific date and time
- Confirm contact information for day-of coordination
Transaction Completion
Important Payment Advisory: We strongly recommend completing payment only after physically inspecting the item or confirming service completion. This ensures the transaction meets your expectations before finalizing the exchange.
Post-Transaction Feedback
Following completion of the transaction, both parties are encouraged to submit a review through our platform. This feedback mechanism helps:
